Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our Cancellation Policy

At Rejoo Clinic, we are committed to providing exceptional care and minimizing wait times for all our patients. To ensure timely appointments and out of respect for fellow patients, we maintain a strict No-Show and Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation Notice: If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to accommodate other patients in need of an appointment.

No-Show Policy: A patient who does not arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior cancellation or cancels less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be considered a “no-show.” Exceptions are made only for medical emergencies.

Fees: A full appointment fee will be charged for no-shows or late cancellations. All incurred fees must be cleared before scheduling your next appointment.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than halfway through your scheduled appointment time, you may be required to reschedule if our schedule is fully booked. In such cases, the no-show policy fee may apply.

Our Refund Policy

At Rejoo Clinic, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality of medical and cosmetic services. Please note that there are no refunds for products or services purchased. However, if needed, we offer the option to exchange these purchases for clinic credit, which can be used toward other services or products of your choice. This policy helps us maintain the exceptional care and time investment we put into serving our clients. Thank you for your understanding.
